Edit:Hold on Chris. I gave you this low rating while sitting there, you came to me to ask me why, I told you I'd waited around an hour and half. You then asked if I'd made an appointment, to which I'd replied, yes. You said you'd take it up with the person who cut my hair. Now you tell me this?? How condescending and disrespectful. I'd end up having to wait about this long every time I went to you, despite me always making an appointment, and always being on time. The guy who used to cut my hair would just apologise, I accept and then it happens the next time again. I have short hair and my hair takes like 15min to cut. I've been quite nice and taken this for a while. Why even offer for people to make appointments? Just tell me you only do walk-ins if that were the case. If I made an appointment and had to wait days for the actual appointment, but not sit THERE for hours waiting, I wouldn't mind. There's no way I'd ever go to you again but I have to ask, do you genuinely think you're not being unreasonable? I'm seriously asking. I'd actually like a reply to to this question Chris...

I have thick and curly hair which most salons badly damage or miss sections...On arrival to Blades it seemed extremely busy...Skeptically i entered for my appointment,not long after the laughter and conversation became contagious. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming and ready to help.The shop was modern with eye-catching furniture, yet small but it was kept organized and cleaned throughout my appointment.Comforted by a friendly environment, Jean did an amazing job on my hair. Making sure to take extra care not to damage my hair and leave my hairs natural beauty.Historically people haven't been able to trim my beard but he made it look super easy and my beard was perfect. Shaped the way i wanted, at the length i wanted.Jean is a very talented hair stylist and great peoples person,I will be returning for my future cuts...

Juan is surely a professional in cutting hair. Told him go ahead and do what you think will fit me the best, and he delivered. It's a pity I can only rate 5 stars I wish I could rate Blades 10 stars and Juan 10 extra. Thanks very happy...
