Technicians not very competent unfortunately. Assembled and installed a ceiling fan. I had to take blades off and reattach... They were assembled incorrectly. 2nd technician came to look at washing machine retreived model number incorrectly to report to us that the machine we own does not exist... Sadly this took over one month to reach this point.
