The customer service was a huge step down from their Bellville branch. We got there and pretty much went through the entire store while the staff chatted by the count and no one offered to help us. I'm used to the Bellville branch where service is too notch. Overall, I would rather go to Bellville

My 1st visit to the shop. They had great promos in store. The only draw back was the smell from the fish shop next door. Got better once inside.

The quality of most of the products is quite good! Normal prices can sometimes be higher than other places, but the sale prices for some products can be very good. Sneaky though, how they put marked down and normal prices products in one place. To keep it professional, they should separate the two to avoid confusion.
