Always the most pleasant shop in Durbanville..but Saturday morning I was very dissapointed with service. I was waiting for 10 minutes at till while Lady was chatting to a friend without acknowledging me. She was looking at me directly when I left wool on counter and walk out the shop. She did not even try to stop me.
