Only 2 staff members, the queue was very very long. It's very expensive as well. Please add more staff and computers for better customer service.

The service I got from the store stuff was great but as far as your courier service is concerned I am one disappointed customer and will never use your service again. I have used the overnight courier service but my package took more than 24 hours to be delivered, so why pay for a service that cannot be rendered competently???
