Maristha doesn`t just do Sports massage, she helps people with pain as well. I had low back pain for over a week until I contacted her for a massage. Within a short space, she worked her magic and the pain dissipated. My back feels so good! Awesome massage treatment.

My fiance and I wanted to learn how to give better massages and ended up booking a private lessons with Maristha. The course exceeded our expectations! She taught us Swedish and Sports massage techniques, a routine to use at home, and gave us alternatives to massages on a massage table (using a chair or the floor). Maristha is knowledgeable, calm, and very professional, and we can highly recommend her services to anyone.
