Megasurf Wireless & Fibre to the Home ISP

I've been with Megasurf for 3 years now, and wow?! Where can I sign my 10 year contract? The most professional workers, always gives the best advise when calling support and accounts. I will recommend them to ANYONE in the Vaal!!FromA happy customer

This one has to be the worst service provider I have ever dealt with my whole entire existence. It's the subtle racism , the incompetence, and the waste of time when it comes to giving solutions. We started of well everything seemed to be going well, however gradually their services dropped overtime. It's the fact that they fail to differentiate an individual from a business and insist on doing so. When you call them they become defensive and just give you a bunch of solutions that do not work but cost you more money. Very promising but if you could work on your incompetence and ineffective system all would be well.

What an embarrassment of an ISP. Do not waste your time nor money with these people.

Pathetic customer treatment received from them. Failed to deliver the service as they promise. Cancellation processed in the beginning of November 2021. They made an appointment to remove their equipment but technician never showed up. They still debited our account for the equipment when the fault was actually theirs due to the fact that they could not keep up to an appointment. Asking them for refund is like begging them to give you what is yours. Sending countless emails and receive no proper communication. Do not recommend them.

Was at Megasurf this morning at 7:20 and the admin ladies only start work at 7:30. Had to see Henry to assist me with my phone while I was waiting for Henry and my phone I had the mos pleasant experience ever. Every lady that walked in this morning greeted me and was very friendly apologised for me waiting and asked me if I was assisted. I have never been so happy to be a client from Megasurf. Thank you to each lady that walked past me this morning and made my day extra special. Well do e Megasurf.

Most field technicians are great. Administration is slow. Poor and slow communication. Some technical support, but you're mostly expected to sort issues yourself and be competent with all the jargon and technical aspects. Overall bad service.

Best staff. They have really fast network and the installation was quick and neatly. All my wires is in my roof and it is really neatly installed. The installation crew was so friendly

Please ask for Henry when you do after hours support. Fantastic personality and did not hesitate to answer any questions.All round very happy so far!
