My husband completed his training in grades E - A in February, and now in August it has not yet been submitted to Psira's offices. He has been assured multiple times it has been submitted, then Psira tells him it has not been submitted and he went back and forth constantly, then last minute been told it has not been submitted as they are waiting for more students before they submit. Waiting 5 months for more students, after telling us it has been submitted over and over again, to find out they do not feel every individual is important to submit their documentation? Only a group of people that justify their time is seen as important enough to submit. I find it very deceitful and a lack of professionalism as one does not know what the other does and just tell students what they want to hear in order for them to end the conversation. Very disappointing that we need to get frustrated and argue in order for a company to deliver on its promises and separate as bad friends afterwards.
