After having the wackiest of Wednesdays this year at work at 9:15pm I realized haven't eaten dinner yet. So knowing Steers has a special on Wednesdays i check my closest Steers thats open it pointed me to the Bel Air Steers that shows a closing time of 10pm... i got into my car and rushed there to find them closed at 9:35pm the next steers was the Northriding Total service station thats open 24 hours. I walked in at 9:50pm and ordered my Wacky Wednesday Special. I was serviced with a smile and had my order placed with no issues. I got home and had my burgers and they were the best Steers Wacky Wednesday burgers i have had in the last 3 years of staying in Gauteng. Well done and keep on pleasing your customers!!!! Took my car for carwash terrible service had to go somewhere

I live right next door to this fuel station.. felt it important to note to owners on repeated pathetic service in shop. This example is very similar to what I have experienced previously.At 2:30pm today I entered shop and went straight to tills. The lady had no one else in store and was fiddling behind the till. I greeted after which she made eye contact and turned around to take cash from the window. We waited patiently after greeting again.. another eye contact but turned her back on us again to fiddle on the shelves behind her.. we waited but then just left because she couldn't be bothered..

Pathetic service, no system at the car wash. Not worth the long wait.The manager could not even be bothered to apologise.

Don't listen to what you want to purchase, ignored me and then switched employees and then I'm asked is this what I'm buying. Well why are you swapping an ignoring while I'm trying to support the garage.

Terrible left home to waste petrol to go to their car wash to find a guy with gold teeth that works there to ask him what's going on with the car wash he ignored me at first while the olace was dead quiet and then askes me if i see a car wash and was very rude don't know if he owned the petrol station but was sitting as an attendant

-Used this Total on several occasions on my way home from work to refuel my motor vehicle, so far I always have received good service and mostly friendly staff, they also have a Steers inside of the store which normally is not too busy and is a great place to grab a burger for a quick snack on the way home.

Purely because your car washing services is terrible! Wash and go took an hour. With one car infront of me. Guy doesn't know the poles at the top must swing so the pipes dont lie on the cars. The sponge they used is full of sand and dirt, never again will I support the car wash. The rest of the garage service is fantastic. The car wash needs training and more support

The car wash services is really inconsistent particularly about working times, i arrived at the fuel station at 15:49 only to be told they are no longer washing cars, yet the car wash is supposed to be opeeating until 17:00. Its not fair on client to be given operating times only to be turned away. This is not the only time that I've had to be turned away on the same excuses. Please decide on your operating hours and stick to them.

I took my car recently for a full wash, it was done terrible, I had to tell the people washing my car to wipe off places they missed, and oh cherry the on top is that wait to drive your car in the sunlight you’ll see marks of poor wiping. One last thing the garage should get more younger staff and clean with care and professionalism.With that being said I have to things, firstly the management should do something about this before they lose clients bit by bit, lastly and sadly I would not recommend anyone taking their car for washing else take it and see for yourself.Thanks Yours in Concern.
