Very friendly and willing to help. I had an issue with an electric lawn mower that I couldn't get resolved. I dropped the mower off and within an hour or 2 they phoned to say it was fixed. One thing to keep an eye out for is the fact that I asked for a quote first and they just went ahead and did the repairs. Otherwise, really happy.

They claimed they fixed our generator, but when we tried to use it again it had the same problems, they basically did nothing. Money wasted. Don't use them to service your generator.

ENSURE THAT YOU GET A FORMAL QUOTE. We were verbally quoted for a simple service and clean up on a chainsaw, and then once the work was complete charged 4 x the amount we were expecting. There was no attempt to explain or address the issue from management or staff. They have a take it or leave it policy.

The staff are so helpful and they offer a great service. I take my lawnmower there every year for a service which extends the life of the mower. They also fix pool cleaners. You can also buy mowers, garden equipment and pool accessories.
