Not the agency that you’d want to hire for a rental property in Ceres. Rather use Seeff for your rental properties in Ceres. We rented from both Seeff and Just Property.Just Property, gave us a dirty house, the house was still being repaired on the day of moving in. The outside toiled had old poop stains inside. Half the globes were missing, plug points not working, garden was not maintained. The house stood empty for a couple of months before we moved in, which allowed for more than enough time to get the house to a basic standard of living. It seems as if they have low standards and no pride in what they did with this rental property. The property had missing gutter pipes and outlet pipes to drains.The agent only did an inspection a week after we moved in, instead of making sure that a pre-inspection is done before we moved in. With Seeff, we had a completely different experience, when moving in, the house was 100% ready for us and nothing was missing, stolen or broken. We also had a proper inspection document with photo’s and everything at Seeff. And when we moved out, the house had to be in the exact same condition that we received it in, and we had to do an inspection with the agent when moving out. Just property, terrible terrible service. So, for rental properties, rather don’t use them. Just Property seems Inexperienced with rental properties.

Absolutely loved the place I stayed in , very modern and situated in a town where the views are absolutely beautiful . Literally Five Star treatment from the Agent as well as the owners . Would definitely recommend Just Property Ceres to anyone looking for quality renting and buying experiences.
