Waiting for my policy payout for over 4 months! They don't answer their phones!

WHAT A BAD SERVICE NUMBER ALWAYS BUSY ...

Pathetic excuse of a company

I had a hospital plan with Momentum , and after I was involved in an accident with my motorcycle I went to the hospital thinking that everything would be covered , but they did not pay anything. Now I'm in debt and I had to cancel the policy with them.The doctor who treated me is no where to be found, I went back to the hospital because I was still in pain , I sat 2 hours waiting for someone to speak to , they said I should go for another consultation that I have to pay for but I could not afford it at that stage... So no one assisted me except the accounts department , just a pile of bills I have to pay.I won't recommend momentum health to anyone , they have poor customer service and they don't care about their clients.My dog has better medical cover than I had !

Momentum has paid out a fair amount of our medical costs, but still it feels that the main focus of the company is to pay the minimum amount. It has been a somewhat of a hostile experience to be on the Momentum medical aid.I am now going to look for a medical aid where I feel treated more humane.
