Service was ok. Not particularly excited about my experience there. Some staff members need to be patient.

Poor. I bought a DSTV standard HD decoder with installation on 30 Jan 2021. Today is 12 Feb 2021 and I'm still awaiting installation. I visited the store and they told me the weather is probably the cause for the delay, but it's been sunny for a week now and still nothing. Store phone is not being answered and no contacts of the installer were given to me. Really poor guys, massive room for improvement. Not even an update on the delay even though they have my contacts. Not a happy customer at all.

At times service is very slow

I recently started sending out packages using the PAXI courier method from using the key West branch to the Westgate branch and I've always been helped efficiently however last week and today I had to use the Chamdor pep store. The cashiers make it seem like they dont want to help you. it's always a mission trying to get them to help you. Last week Zinhle the cashier refused to help me without providing my I.D. even though I explained to her that she can process my Parcel without having to scan my I.D since I was once helped at another pep store that way . Today both Zinhle and Neo refused to process my Parcel if I didn't have the store number despite me telling them that I have the address . They demanded that I call the pep store I wanted to send the parcel to get the store number. When Basi the cashier took over to help me everything went smoothly. The inconsistent in service towards customers from the Chamdor pep store really highlights how cashiers insist on rendering bad service to black people based on location. I am deeply saddened at how the cashiers conduct and treat customers.
