Horrendous service. No clue on how to treat customers and completely inept at executing. If you are a national customer DO NOT buy from this dealership. They will lie about the delivery ETA prior to signing the OTP and once they have been paid will say it is out of their hands. The fish rots from the head so expect the same behaviour from the dealer principal as the salesman/sale manager.

I had such a wonderful experience buying my vehicle at Suzuki Bruma.Keagan Scullard was on top of the ball, kept me updated and was understanding of the process I needed to go through when deciding on the car I was purchasing.He answered all my questions timeously and kept me in the loop during the entire buying process.Everyone buying a car needs 5* service like that provided to me by Keagan Scullard!

I test drove the Suzuki Swift sport and Baleno. The staff and the sales agent were all fantastic and very professional. I'm considering the Suzuki Swift but if I don't buy it it's because of another car, which will be a pity because I liked the professionalism and friendliness of the staff.

Incredible service received from Bruma branch, the staff was so friendly and helpful and so the service manager Mr Donovan Lowe was very professional, just realized the is a new Suzuki branch that just opened up near my workplace but believe me I will stick with Bruma branch. Keep it up guys

I bought my first car in 1986 and am a firm believer in servicing only at dealerships. I can honestly say that I have never received such excellent and professional service from any dealership before. Bruma's Service Manager, Donovan, is honest, reliable, knowledgeable and went out of his way far and beyond my expectations to ensure a level of customer satisfaction previously only seen in TV advertisements! What a gem of a dealership - I cannot recommend them highly enough.
