I haven't shopped at Maximus Games. While visiting SA over a holiday I was looking for 1 specific game. I saw that they had it on their website, so I messaged them. They told me that they didn't have it available to be picked up, but they would see if they could find the game for me. They spent time and effort to hunt down the game at a local game store, so that I could purchase it. They made no money on my purchase. They gained nothing from helping me find it.That sort of customer service dedication, especially to someone who isn't a customer is hardly ever found. I hope some day in the future to be a customer of theirs.
