DPD Laser - George

I have just received my online order from Cotton On. They are currently using DAWN WING as their courier service. This is the condition of the package they delivered. My complete order is gone (clothes), except for the diary that I purchased. Their phone number is disconnected, they are not responding to my emails. I have thus gone in to the office but they say they are not responsible.

If I could give a negative stars I would, this company should be shutdown completely, it has been 7 days and have failed to deliver parcel to location and continue to lie about reason, also they avoid contact. It can probably be said for certain that they have stolen my parcel and are attempting to try and buy time in order to not be liable for reimbursement. I will be pursuing legal action. I advise people to not ever use this company.

I received a message to say the parcel could not be delivered, which is rubbish. I’ve been at home the entire time.Unfortunately a fair amount of onlinemany retailers are using them. I never have this issue with other couriers.Can’t get hold of anyone (like so many others have mentioned)What makes it even more annoying is that this happens almost every time I buy something that is sent with DPD Laser / Dawning

Bought an item online on 03 March and the company use Dawn Wing as their service provider. On the 04 March I received an email that my parcel was despatched. Most probably THE WORST experience I had with a courier service. Telephone numbers not in service, so you cannot contact your local branch to find out about your parcels. My parcel show 'OUT FOR DELIVERY' since 8am yesterday. Our hometown not so big that it would take 2 days to deliver a parcel. It's almost the end of the working day and I will not hold my breath that this parcel will still be delivered today. Wasted 2 days sitting at home waiting for delivery to no avail. STAY AWAY FROM DAWN WING! I HAVE NOT READ ONE GOOD REVIEW ABOUT THEM

The staff was very friendly, they took my number the day I was there because the person I needed to see wasn't available at the time. The problem is that person never contacted me back.

Worst customer service ever. After getting my address wrong three times (they weren't even in the right town when they phoned me), my parcel delivery has also been rescheduled by client" three times even though I haven't rescheduled once and have been home all the time.There is no answer at their George branch

First time I've ever used this courier and already I would strongly suggest choosing a different company to handle your package, especially if you'd like it delivered on the date they state on their website.Package was collected on the 12th of July and said delivery will take place on the 14th. Today is the 18th and the package had still not been delivered. Their support team is pathetic and no clue what's going on or why a package has not yet been delivered.Small business owners who depend on a good reputation for on-time deliveries, stay away! These guys will not give you any brownie points with your clients. Instead, you're likely to use clients with late deliveries and no updates via email or telephone from the courier.Dawn Wing, you guys are throwing away your name here!!!!

Thieves and liars. Avoid like the plague. These people will steal from you and then make you pay for the privilage. I used to love Dawn Wing. Not sure what went wrong, but the service couldn't be worse.

Absolutely shocking service. All numbers dialled have “mailbox full” messages. all messages automated. Driver sms to say he tried to deliver but no one home??? We have someone home 24/7. Not one branch answers the telephone…. SPORTSMANS WAREHOUSE I strongly advise you find a new courier service before you lose customers

HORRENDOUS!! I don’t know why Cotton On use their service! I received a sms to say parcel out for delivery. Incorrect address. I changed the address and requested a call. Nothing. Call them to change address. Receive sms the next day to say parcel out for deliver. Same story all over again. Still no parcel. 4 days later.
