Their waiting area is not cleaned. All cars go in & out using same gate. It's improperly structured for mini buses. Also their service is not great. They fix your car & by the time u take it back u hear other noises. It doesn't glide like any car that is from service. If I had a choice I wouldn't go back again

I worked as a sales executive for a week and still my applications has not been approved and I promised my clients two hour response and twenty four hours delivery according to the company policy . I tried talking it out with the CEO he promised to look into it and when I checked him two days later he referred me to admin of which is not responding . I tried face book all the platforms I can use and one Simon finally answered his cellphone and told me the lines are off . I don't know what to believe anymore . I just want to be paid for my efforts and petrol cash I used to market for clients .

At first when you are buying the car they will be nice to you but eventually when the car leaves their dealership eveything changes. Usually when they sell you used cars at least they should be reasonable enough. My experience was that the rear lights where not working properly, the battery of the car had only a few weeks of life span,the tyres where not really in good condition plus the shox on the car were leaking.

There is absolutely no support from the management, I have clients and the filled in the Pre-Approval Application's but they have no idea what cars is available for them because as an external sales executive you get NO access to the stock or anything losing alot of customers like this, well I'm losing EVERY customer because of this

Do not work for or trust DEFINITIVE EDGE AUTO!!!Their management team is horrible and they offer nothing but lies. I worked as an external sales agent and nothing we were told when we started working there was true.They NO NOT help blacklisted clientsThey DO NOT offer same day approvalThey DO NOT provide any management or employee supportThey WILL STEAL clients from behind your back to cut you out of sales commissions after telling you they were NOT APPROVEDThey WILL IGNORE inquiries made by employeesThey are UNPROFESSIONAL and INCOMPETENTI had some concerns after I started working there. Every time I contacted Grant or any of the others in the managing team I was ignored. They didn’t like the questions I was asking and instead of responding to me in a professional manner ( like one would expect from true business people) I was deleted and blocked from our work groups with no comments or explaintion.

N place to work if you do not have income and when you have on transport need to go out and get customers that wanted cars they can get any cars for customer your basic come when you do 5 cars or more but you can make money if client is approved and you do not need to have license they still help you and its legally no worrys if you can get new client that buys cars then it's for uou

Very unprofessional and incompetent!!! I bought my car there, Grant came up with excuses every time they had to bring the car so I may see it before I buy it. I had to personally go there and view the car after two failed attempts for them to bring the car to me. The car has been with them for 3 weeks now so that they service it, I keep getting an excuse that there is no electricity and therefore they cannot work on the car. They can't even tell me when it will be ready for me to collect it, Debbie is extremely mean when follow up on the progress of the car. BAD SERVICE!!

Personally as an agent here, my clients always gets cars at excellent conditions
