24 Hr Pawn Witbank

I recently had an incredibly negative experience at the 24-Hour Pawn Shop in Witbank, and I feel compelled to share my encounter. This review aims to shed light on the offensive and unprofessional behavior I endured during my visit. I had previously visited this establishment twice, and despite those experiences, this particular incident left me feeling degraded and ashamed.On my first visit to the pawn shop, I sold a Samsung tablet and I returned to pawn my camera on my second visit.The Incident:During my most recent visit to the pawn shop, I went to inquire about pawning a pair of binoculars. After negotiating a deal with one of the employees, in hope of educating the owners and the employee about manners, this is what followed.The employee proceeded to enter my details into the computer, only to arrogantly and abruptly said that I was blacklisted. Naturally, I was taken aback and asked for an explanation.Accusations of Theft and Disrespectful Behavior:In response to my inquiry, the employee at the counter accused me of stealing a pen and insinuated that I had brought stolen items into the shop. The manner in which this accusation was made was nothing short of disrespectful and degrading. I felt utterly humiliated and could not believe the audacity of the staff member's tone and choice of words.Lack of Professionalism and Customer Service:What I found most troubling about this entire experience was the complete lack of professionalism and emotional intelligence by the pawn shop's employee. Regardless of the truth behind their accusations, there is no excuse for treating customers with such disrespect and condescension. As a paying customer, I deserved to be treated with courtesy and dignity.My visit to the 24-Hour Pawn Shop in Witbank left me deeply disappointed and disheartened. The offensive behavior, unfounded accusations, and disrespectful manner in which I was spoken to were not only unprofessional but also wholly inappropriate. It is apparent that the owners this establishment have a low standard and set values. Then to the employee behind the counter not sure who you think you are but don't learn about how to have respect and dignity, not only for yourself, but for others
