Adam and his team were fantastic, his team came in and got straight down to work. They cleaned up after finishing and left the site in good condition. Adam thank you for the great service. In addition his price was extremely competitive.

Paint peeled off after 6 months. Didn't honour the guarantee.Update 22 April:3 months later, still nothing has been done.

Couldn't ask for better service. Was quick to receive a quote and once on site the guys got to work with what they had to do. I felt comfortable leaving the guys on site with Adam there to monitor and manage the project.

I’m owning a multi branch recycling facilities across joburg and working with various contractors from all different fields. I have to agree with Richard. We have had a number of issues and they were reported to Adam at Maintenance Aid. Adam promised to get back to us but we follow up and follow up and still nothing. We still have issues with our building and the only way to get his attention is to review the quality of the work on a public platform

Adam is an absolute professional and pleasure to deal with. His company’s vast expertise makes him a one stop shop. One of the jobs they did for me was chipping off, replastering and repainting a very long garden wall. Each day they finished, all rubble was neatly piled together so it was a pleasure to have them on site for an extended period. Highly recommended.
