This company is a perfect example of placing the customer first. I had to return a custom made counter basin at no fault of Stonecast, but due to getting my measurements wrong. Martine refunded my money with no moans & groans.

The StoneCast team blew me away. Wow.From when we walked into the showroom to delivery, they have exceeded my (high) expectations.Ross provided excellent advice and took us through the various finishes, options and features of their StoneCast table and their special sealing regimen. Mario walked me through the manufacturing process and happily answered all my questions and explained how and why they do things, exuding a passion for his craft. Martine warmly facilitated the whole process and helped me get our product in a short time frame, in time for my birthday, making sure we were happy with the aggregates and final finishes along the way.The product is truly exceptional. Overengineered to outlast civilisation, but with finesse and 1mm precision on a one ton concrete table. Every corner, edging and surface has been thought through and designed. They delivered the massive piece over a hedge, through my garden and up stairs, without damaging even a clump of grass.So rarely is one able to work with such true professionals and craftsman.
