I came twice to return clothes and I am told that they don't have any cash on the tills.Baddest service from Qaqamba she had a bad attitude.

I have tried to go there during open hours and I find the store closed each time. I have gone there at 3pm during the week to find the store closed and the employees standing inside. It has really become a great inconvenience.

Horrible store with staff who seem as though they are being forced to work. The working hours are not the one's listed here and I wasted my fuel on Sunday only to find them closed.

Really good clothing on offer at affordable prices. The Fix also has amazing student discounts on Thursdays :) Totally worth checking those out. The staff members in this particular branch will, unfortunately, make your experience unpleasant. They aren't accommodating to their customers and really, they are just straight up rude.

I am soo dissapointed. The workers are lazying around. I have an online parcel there via tfgonline ready for collection and it's been 3 days now and they will say their store is renovating i cannot fetch my parcel - around lunch time loadsheeding - still cannot fetch. I do not think i will be buying anything from online tfg ever again.

I bought an item in canal walks branch 2 weeks ago, and wanted to do a refund as the garment didnt fit ,I work in claremont and thought it would be convenient for me to do the refund at the fix in cavendish, the girl by the name of Nadine literally told me that I have to take it all the way back to canal walk! , what the hell? Since when are you not allowed to do a refund at any fix store when you've even got a receipt and the tags and everything is on???
