The agent did not reply on messages for rent inquiries. The board and number was displayed for weeks but I got no answer. 27/5: After engagement with the principal the review was adjusted to 3 stars, we all make mistakes and slip up. Even if I will not use or contact them myself the next person might find joy.

I was assisted by a gentleman Ruane Bester on purchasing a property , and he provided insightful and astute guidance , from A to Z , readily to answer questions and keeps you updated every step of the way . More than anything , his guidance didn’t feel like a ‘transaction’ but more about finding the best option for the buyer . I would recommend over and over again .

I am having a horrible experience with this agency, I just do not know. If I am paying an agent to collect rent and manage an apartment then why am I the one running around reminding them every single month? For the people giving 5-star reviews please help me understand how you are getting good services from the agency because I am certainly not.If you can see the trouble I go to every month to find out what is happening with the simplest issue. Just an update will do, I send emails and Whatsapp. I try to call to get an understanding. I do not know if the tenant is paying rent or not. If the tenant is paying then why is the agency not paying me. WOW
