The owners, Neil and Eugene, are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If you have any auto electrical issue that others cannot fix, they would be able to. You pay a bit more for their expertise, but, then again, you should expect that just as you can expect better work from them. Their customer service is good.

Cheeky staff. Ugly shop. Sorry I ever had to come here! Neil is rude. Customer is wrong to moan even when key was cut incorrectly ! Never a sorry! Even his mother was rude!! Pick up your service Neil! Disgusting!

Called Neil about our Cisa lock not working,said he would attend next day after photo was sent and problem apparently understood.After several calls and messages that I could see he received, no feedback, no response......worst service I have experienced in a long time!

Thank you so much Bell City Locksmiths!! I was so impressed, fast professional service at the most competitive price. My car key's transponder had stopped working and they fixed it in less than 15 minutes at a fraction of the price the dealerships had asked to replace the key. So glad I came here and I will definitely be back if I need locksmith services again!
