Always helpful and get done what I need with mimimum fuss.

Stand at the counter for 5min and get totally ignored. They are racist, they won't serve white people.

Manager Lloyd, is rude, argumentative and won't listen and engage in conversation when he's convinced he's right. Really frustrating person to deal with. I can't imagine going back to this branch even though the rest of the staff have always been great.

Postnet Palm court leaves plenty to be desired. Wanted an A3 page printed off a memory stick, expected to pay only for the page printed. I get told that I have to pay R5 extra for my USB to be inserted into the computer. When I asked why, the gentleman replied that “he gets busy with multiple customers and forgets to do things, so they have to compensate...” Not a valid excuse, it doesn’t even make sense as I have to pay for him failing at multitasking. When I told the gentleman that I wouldn’t be back, he just shrugged it off and told me it was fine. As a university student that mainly prints off of a USB, they’ve just lost a customer that prints practically everyday. Pathetic customer service.

Staff need to be trained to leave a message on your voicemail if you do not answer their call to inform you that your package has arrived. On two occasions it has happened to me that they call and don't leave a message. To make it worse on the first occasion my package was with them for 2 weeks. I only discovered they had it after I contacted the supplier who then told me it had been sent 2 weeks prior. They also only call twice on a specific day and that's it. This time I also received an SMS a day after I already collected my package. Complaining to them doesn't help, they don't do anything to improve their service!

Service is very very slow. Only one person helping and the queue is long. Slowest Postnet I’ve ever been to

I waited at the door seeing as there were already 4 customers in the store and 5 people behind the counter. When it was my turn I was asked to come behind the counter to weigh my parcel right at the back of the store
