Not a very good experience. We went and bought groceries and goods at Outdoor Waterhouse. to be put in the car at casino parking where we booked in. Just before casino the security guards treated us very badly, phoned the police to try to arrest us, they were rude and racist, no trolleys can enter the casino. So we asked them to assist us with the bags, they said not you people. Avoid this mall if you are a casino resident !

Clean store and prices similar to others in the franchise , definitely a less expensive option than some other stores. Didn't have a huge variety of hiking bags ,but still found one I really liked.

extremely poor service.This is now unfortunately the third bad experience I have had at this store.I WILL not buy at this store again.The staff are very eager to sell expensive stuff but when it comes to aftersales service it is non existing.I took a TOMTOM back yesterday that is a month old and under gaurrantee but was told to rather take it up with TOMTOM myself .They are very reluctant to help if problems arise.I wanted to see the manager but she was to busy....sorry you will not see me again
