Thank you Charles and Mutifire in Centurion for the beautiful fireplace and outstanding service. With the wide selection of fireplace companies out there it was quite daunting to pick the right company. We found our fireplace and phoned around and Charles from Multifire was the first to respond. We spoke on the phone and thereafter he kept us informed with everything I needed to know, responding quickly on email. The installation date was set and that promise was kept, as we eagerly awaited our new fireplace for the cold winter nights. Then came the best part, Michael and his assistant from Expert Installation Services! They arrived on time and meticulously fitted our fireplace. When I say meticulously, I mean with care and precision, down to the very millimeter. As someone who is difficult to please and who expects good workmanship, I have to say Michael exceeded my expectations. They really are Experts.
