I purchased via the online stores and was very happy with the service and meat I received. The items were nicely packages and was of a superior quality. I liked that I was able to indicate how I wanted my lamb to be cut on the website and when I received it, it was exactly as specified. Thank you for the wonderful service and making online available as one is not always able to go the butcher in person. I will definitely make use of the online option as it is a time saver.

Makes you feel sometimes like they don't need your business... Lacks customer service. It's frustrating to be asked to come back every time when they don't have time to attend to you immediately. It's wasting the persons time and it costs money to drive up and down. That should be taken into consideration. The butcher is full of staff. How can not one person attend to you?.. When a customer walks in to buy a lamb, somehow there's always someone available to cut that meat up immediately.. How's that different to any other customer walking in requesting anything else?.. Need to up their game. Not very good business practice
