The staff are very professional and very up to date with what is trending. I have been a client of theirs for 14 years, even before the name change) and would not dream of going any else. One of the few Salons that still sanitize their equipment.

Best nail salon in town.I miss you Kalm Elarduspark…Miss you Gugu and Precious and all of the friendly staffs. I feels like went to my friend’s house then they done my nails.See you when I see you.Because I already go back to IndonesiaAnd really missed Kalm.

Had the absolute best experience at KALM.Friendly, relaxing environment. I felt peaceful since I got there.Felt super spoiled whith a Manicure, Pedicure and Back and Neck massage.The ladies are so friendly and welcoming. My nails look so pretty, I loved the foot treatment after my Pedicure.The massage left me, soo relaxed and revitalized.They really took good care of me at KALM Skin and Body studio.

I need to compliment the Kalm at Doringkloof mall. All the staff from the front to the therapists very friendly and makes you feel special. I have been a client of Thabang for many years. Every time I have been there her treatments are so effective. Very professional and also makes you feel great afterwards. Thank you Thabang we need more people like you. Lastly I had a family crisis last year. Had to cancel at the last minute they were so understanding and rescheduled without any hazzles. Thank you I will always come back.

I am very disappointed in Kalm. I had my nails done there with gel polish, two of my nails have broken off. When I went to complain about this, I was informed of a 7 day grace period, which was not mentioned to me prior to this incident. I have been doing my nails here for awhile and I haven't had any such information relayed to me. This is very poor. I won't be returning to them for another manicure, with gel or normal polish, again.

I have been visiting Kalm for a few years now and the service is always wonderful. The ladies there are so welcoming and polite. They offer the most amazing treatments. I have had several facial and nail treatments and I always leave with a huge smile on my face!
