I can honestly say that from the start from quote up to completion the company was very professional and helpful. The representative went out of his way and I was on board with the unit and the warranty and fitment from the start. would recommend them any time. The installment team was friendly and courteous and very neat in the installation. Very happy customer.

AC installation was done during the winter/rainy season and they were a bit slow to complete the outdoor work due to rain interruptions. They had to stop working due to the rain and then the team was caught up in another job; and I had to wait 2 additional days for the team to arrive even though the weather had cleared up the previous day when I called them (thankfully the good weather held).Installation team needs to pay more attention to cleaning up the area after the installation (i.e. plastic, wire off-cuts, small screws)After sales service was good because one of the units stopped working a few days after installation, they attended to the problem and resolved it quickly.

After not receiving acceptable service I looked outside our area and from the word go I was impressed with the service I received from Nano Cool.Even though I was looking at a entry level home air-con, they did not spare any effort to advise me on a recommended unit.Can and will highly recommend them to anybody with an air-con need, as I experience Great service all round.

VERY BAD AFTER SERVICE
