The absolute worst service I have ever experienced! I had spoken to the owner Chris to get a labour quotation for a headlight replacement, who then advised me he is able to assist with the parts at a more cost effective price, he was also located close to home so this option made sense, I then cancelled the booking and arrangements I had with other panel beaters and service providers based on this information, to which I was constantly running and calling to find out the price of the parts, it was a nightmare just trying to arrange for when I am able to bring my car in, clearly reading my messages with no response. This is by far the most unprofessional service I have experienced which has inconvenienced me greatly! I would not recommend taking your vehicle to RC Panel beaters if this is the service you receive from the OWNER!!!

I only received a quotation from this store as my vehicle was a write off. I can only thank the owner for assisting me in the way that he did. Kind man indeed.
