We hired a face painter and a balloon twister through the Wow Factory for my son's 3rd birthday party. The kids LOVED them! the ladies were incredibly talented and professional, and so patient with dozens of kids surrounding them demanding things :)Everything leading up to to the day was also streamlined and professional. I highly highly recommend!
