Service is slow, still waiting feedback about a parcel that wasn't delivered, I eventually fetched it myself from the office. A notice on the reception door says no collections and no deliveries, went to the warehouse and was directed back to the reception door to be helped there, very confusing.

The negative reviews aren't wrong, they used to be terrible. I would phone the whole day without anyone answering and then go there and find the receptionist sitting there leaving the phone ringing.I must say, they have really improved a lot since a few months ago. The phone gets answered, parcels are on time and they actually assisted with rescheduling a parcel to be delivered a specific time.I have both sent and received a parcel this week. Both were on time.Please keep up the good work!

Should have an option for zero stars. Package was in EL from Tuesday, our for delivery since Wednesday, again out for delivery on Thursday... but only delivered on Friday and no one could give a clear reason as to why the package was not delivered the previous two times even though the receiver was at home the whole time and was never once contacted.

I will never even by accident use their services again. I sent a parcel and they kept saying it wasn't delivered because they couldn't contact us.we got no call from them and there is no proof that they called at all. As i write this i'm not even sure if i will ever get my package. Cherry on to; no mam we don't do refund". They better pray my parcel wasn't stollen. Cause i will press charges."

They have not gotten any better at all. They are giving parcels to third parties to get delivered and can't provide the name or tracking number for that third party... Horrible call centre experiences over multiple parcel inquiries. I am currently on hold and have been for 15 minutes already with nothing. Yesterday I called at 16:50. Someone answered and put me on hold for 10 minutes before they put down the phone and presumably just went home. I have spoken to 3 different people at the East London call centre now, two of which were utterly useless. And at the endnof writing this... yes... you guessed it, I'm still on hold.

Pathetic horrible experience dealing with this company.Phone lines dont work. Office is meant to be open till 12.Get there at 11 and it's closed. Waisted over a hour of my life in traffic to collect a package that should be there.Please just shut down this branch and get replaced by a company that actually gives a dam.

The most PATHETIC service experienced. My parcel took almost 3weeks to be delivered. I had to facilitate all communications with several Aramex consultants who were all lazy, incompetent and bluntly ignorant.In the end I had to go meet with their driver in Mitchell's Plain in order to collect my parcel. I payed for an overnight service and this is what I received. Imagine how much of my resources were wasted throughout this fruitless exercise.Rest assured, I will never ever utilize their service let alone to recommend it.If there was a ZERO rating that is exactly what Aramex would obtain from me.

Tried to get hold of them being a pensioner to deliver our parcel in Jhb asap. Five point plan ???! Just answer my call .....Eventually drove 45 km in and back as well to ensure with ......Postnet.......And although very expensive for a shoebox size....they me R269 was not too much.Ouch ouch ouch....but it got there Thankyou Postnet!!!

Try get hold of them on the phone, it’s frustratingly impossible.I had a parcel that was meant to be delivered to me, but ended up in a completely different suburb, to a completely different address, to someone who’s name wasn’t even remotely close to mine. Luckily this person knew a friend of mine, and we received it by driving out to their place out of town. Terrible service to say the least.
