Nice and cosy. Safe to leave things out and not get carried away in the night. Beautiful little houses. Facilities such as a post box at the office area for all houses, laundry room. Walking distance from both OK and SPAR, Indoor squash an a swimming pool to keep you fit and refreshed. 5min drive to the closest beach. Perfect for a getaway to unwind from the busy lifestile and forget about everything

Friendly permanent and holiday makers make up the local community.Beautiful clean pools, gardend and squash court. Clean, very secure village atmosphere.Ten min drive to beach and Coukou River. Within walking distance to small shopping centre, tearooms and small friendly restaurants with variety of items on menu from fresh fish, Eisbein to quick meals all with take-home options.Private gate leads to historical building with Info Office, tea garden and Eel feeding at 11am Mon to Sat. Worth a visit.

This is a well kept residential area. There is ample security and a safe place for children. They got several houses for rent on behalf of the owners. The resort also got their own house that they rent out. Very neat and well kept.

Palinggat Oord Stilbaai
It is a safe place. Kids can cycle around/play inside. There is an outside swimming pool inside the premises and squash and tennis court. From Palingat there are lovely trails to stroll through. Situated close to the shops but not too close, not very far from the beach. There are some permanent residents. Each unit has an outside shower. It is usually tranquil and quiet, but not sure about peak season.

All the personnel are friendly and caring and the grounds impeccable kept. Great play area for the children.

Clean child and pet friendly and there is a swimming pool. Everything is fenced you can only get inside with a remote and is close to the shops.

Great secure village. Manager & office staff really helpful. Has swimming pool, tennis courts and squash courts.
