Extremely bad service. I use this PostNet often and the service is always the same: Unfriendly staff that behave like they’re doing you a favour. Definitely willing to drive to a different branch from now on. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I called to confirm their closing time, and hour before they where supposed to close they where already closed, i think it’s really bad to put something on the website and tell someone a time and a hour before they are suppost to close they closed.

Very friendly and efficient service going the extra mile by making further enquiries on how to legally export certain product. Having to be open on a public holiday when most branches where closed adds extra appreciation for the friendly helpful way she helped us. We'll done lady.

What poor service from Keletso, thus the name she provided. The owner needs to take serious action against this lady. She is really killing the business. The lady is very rude and has no empathy at all. I have sent a detailed email to the PostNet head office. As I cannot write about some of the issues on a public platform. In short, bad behaviour, manners and poor services all in one box.

Worst customer service from the shop assistants especially without the white old lady/manager, those ladies lack basic customer etiquette

The service at this branch is beyond useless and the people have no telephone manners. I cannot believe that anyone would employ people that have no people skills. Just trying to get a parcel tracked is impossible and the web tracking does not help either.
