Never experienced such bad service before I’m my 3 decades of living. Zero customer service by the lady doing microblading at Springs, threw tantrums because I showed a picture of an ombré. Instead of explaining the difference she told me I’m crazy to be wanting ombré with a price of microblading. So much drama, good for acting unnecessary.I’m disgusted because she was now telling me how 20 years experienced she is and excellent at what she does, but how is that necessary especially with your voice raised?Customer care service training needed

I loved the customer service from the girls honestly. I also highly recommend Fifi for nails. I also enjoyed my stay there and the waiting wasn’t extreme, the prices are also very reasonable. The only suggestion I have is that the girls there definitely need to have a lunch break, even if it’s one at a time. Having to wait for the business to not to be busy anymore so they can eat is wrong. I didn’t see even one of them go on a lunch break and I noticed that the girl that was doing my nails was shaking due to hunger. Thank youVuyiswa Fase

All I can say is , I praised them too soon . only have a week with my nails done , already they are coming out. what a waste of money . And to be told depends how you keep them . as if its my first ever doing nails . it was my first time doing my nails at Zuree and certainly the last time . I regret going there trust me. .

Shameful. That's how I can describe the place. I went for microblading n the treatment I got from the lady who does the procedure was stinking to say the least. Microblading as far as I know has to be thoroughly explained as it involves multitude of elements ie. I may react from it n I expect to be meticulously told before we begin unfortunately it was not like that. Totally unprofessional. I would not advice anyone to go there for microblading or for anything else.
