Poor Customer Service. Yu say 7-14 working days for deliver, but how can an item be with a courier van for more than 24hours. Do they take the items home with them? Very bad.

So disappointed in this service!My tracking showed that my order was at the courier depot one day after my payment. Despite this I still waited almost 13 days for delivery AFTER this. (Their website does indeed say delivery takes 7 to 14 days- how is this even possible in this day and age when fast home deliveries are the norm?!)I emailed and phoned them twice to find out who the courier was- no one could tell me. No one bothered to phone me back, even though eventually someone emailed to say he would follow up.When the order was delivered, the courier admitted that the warehouse was disorganised.I will not buy from Homechoice again, nor refer anyone else to them.

Worst service ever I bought a Pierre Cardin shoe it was about 700 rand... three months later the cotton came loose when I queried it. I was told they don't fix the shoes or exchange. So how are we expected to stay loyal to such nonsense.

If I could gave them a 0-star rating I would....whatever you do and no matter how good the offer looks,don't EVER settle for HOMECHOICE...you'll buy something on credit for R200 and end up paying R2000 ! This company is outrageous!

They dont have a Factory Store in Blackheath anymore only Mplain and wynberg but on Google it says blackHeath

Security very good in what they do and the yard is very organized

The call center call you everyday to offer you promotions and ask to you to pay you monthly installment,Even thou u told them to stop calling you and your payments are up to date.The call center agents are very unprofessional and have can attitude

Home choice sell quality linen, their online prices are exorbitant. They have this factory shop tent @ their warehouse in Blackheath, prices are better although its more odds & ends that's available. Staff & security are not all very friendly. Customers are allowed to be rowdy & without manners, a duvet set was roughly snatched from my wife's hands & nothing was done about it. Guess that's what u get for shopping amongst hooligans.
