Highly do not recommend them. It took a year and a half of constant begging for them to give me the service I was promised and paid for. Technical team is sloppy, customer service only gets back to you 50% of the time (I'm being generous) with a generic response, and billing department outright lied to me, contradicting themselves in writing. Overall, will never recommend. There are many ISPs who have better quality, service and customer satisfaction. I'd rate Telkom better than them.

No support. Wifi randomly stops working. Slowest worst wifi I've ever expected and useless staff
