Would have loved to give the entity more stars, as work done on my vehicle was great, though they completely devalued the human aspect in this eqaution. They took more than twice the estimated timeframe, which would be okay, If they bothered to keep the Client updated. And even though I had to continously phone for updates, after lapsed timeframe, inaccurate info was relayed, or they just have not bothered to return my calls, to such an extend that I had to rely on my Insurer to contact the service provider, to get the accurate date on when I could collect my vehicle. The day prior to collecting my vehicle, I send a written complaint to the Shop, revolving around their total disinterest in delivering a service to the actual paying Client, and although compliant was acknowledged, I was told that the Workshop Manager will contact me to address concerns. Needless to say, more than a day has passed since this was relayed, though was not followed through on. As I said, great work on the car, though not so much on the other part of the eqaution, which makes this a very unpleasant experienceIn response to owners feedback, on original review:Thank you for your reply. I am not ignorant to the fact that we are all just human and that unexpected challenges and circumstances may arise. Though I would like to draw your attention to my review, where I specifically stated that I addressed a written complaint to the shop in Regards to my concerns. I gave the shop the benefit of the doubt, before I left a review, because I wanted Precision Auto to have a fair chance to to get in touch with me, before I made my experience public. So thank you for inviting me to to get in touch in your reply, but I have explored this Avenue, before resulting to to alternative, when it became clear that my last attempt would be handled, as all previous follow-ups, that I had to do from my side, and that the Shop would not get in contact with me

My vehicle has been at Precision Autospray for 2 MONTHS now. I have ran out of my rental options and I receive no feedback and when I call I always get the same answers.They also don't call back when they say they will. I am honestly not even sure what the current status is of my vehicle and I am struggling without transportation.2 Months to fix a vehicle is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I need my car back or at least some honest answers.If this is going to take more time I will require a rental vehicle for Precision Autospray.

This is by far the worst panel beater Outsurance can choose for it's clients, the lady called Michelin has not clue what she's explaining and there's never a clear communication from them.Whenever you call to follow up there's always a new story and delay but nothing specific.Outsurance needs to better by it's customers.I don't recommend anyone tochoose this particular branch in the future.

The worst experience of my life. Poor customer service and very arrogant management. I approved repairs of R85k but upon delivery of vehicle an extra unexplained and unauthorised R15k was added to my bill. Paid the R100k cause i have to use a car. I will never encourage anyone to use these industry bullies. They don't deserve anyone's money. RMI and MIOSA are not helping. I am opting for other means to recover my money. Sick

Called the business to ask about my car lighter that is missing after my car was there to be fixed up until yesterday.*Update* it was not a car lighter but a port for a charger etc so car lighter not missing just the “plug cap”The receptionist Tuli is extremely rude and incompetent. Will go somewhere else where customers are treated with respect next timeFernando the manager called me back and he was very professional and helpful to help me resolve this but unfortunately the receptionist is the front line and will cost the company clients.Fernando called me and explained and his service is really goodThats not true at all. Ask Fernando how I spoke to him 5 minutes after I spoke to reception. Clearly shifting the blame not to get in trouble for her behaviour. Wasn't me it was him...Good luck

My car has been there for a month, I can't even get hold of anyone to pay the excess of the insurance claim. No one has even contacted me in regards to my car

My fiancée's vehicle has been with them for over a month will absolutely no proactive communication at all through the process.After numerous attempts on her end she was told on Monday 27th September that it would be ready on today. She had to phone again only to be told that they are only starting to reassemble the vehicle and that the service manager would contact her to confirm when it would be ready.Still waiting for the phone call...Imagine a world where you could just move a deadline and those impacted just had to accept it. This will be escalated further.
