I took my laptop in to have Window 10 reinstalled. I was quoted for Windows 10 installation, the technician said the HDD 500GB hard drive needs to be replaced and was quoted for a new hard drive a SSD 128GB. Accepted and paid for the Windows 10 installation and balance to be paid on delivery. Well I was advised that a closed Windows program had to be installed. I was advised that the laptop is now working but the laptop won't be able to play sound due to the sound driver not compatible and advised that an external sound dongle can be ordered at an additional cost that I can plug into the laptop and then will be able to have sound and I rejected the quote for the external sound dongle. I received my laptop back and when I got home the laptop didn't boot up. Got in contact and was advised it worked and to give it time to boot up, after 3 hours of loading screen got the system error. I have loaded the pictures.

This company was extremely helpful. They picked up my laptop, replaced they corrupted hard drive and reinstall windows for me. Then dropped my laptop back of the next day in perfect shape. I was in constant communication with the owner’s client they were very transparent and communicative. Their prices are also very reasonable. I would recommend them if you need help quickly.

Still waiting for them to get back to me with a qoute two weeks later. Not good service.
