Bad customer service ever experienced. Their in store account is extremely slow and they do not get back to customers on time. Still waiting for a quotation for over 3 weeks now.

If you are looking for quality refurbished items, fast delivery and excellent communication... then please go elsewhere.The only reason I am not giving this a one star review is because the units I eventually got a month later and at a higher price were of acceptable quality.I had originally ordered the refurbished" shelving as they seemed like a good deal and we had bought refurbished shelving from the same company in the past that was in excellent condition.I had paid the amount in full and had been assured that the estimated delivery date would be within 4-10 days of payment. In that time period I had no communication from the company whatsoever. I started prompting them for updates on day 7

I live nearby this business. From my experience they are are great business however they have not done much to give back to the community in which the operate. Pretoria West is a place that is rampant with crime and you would think that a business like Shelving 2000 would at least contribute in some way to assist but sadly they have not.
