Car Service City - Sunninghill

I am very happy about the service my car received, staff is always friendly and efficient.

Five years I have been using the car service city sunninghill branch and I can confidently say l get great service and value of my money back. The car is spotless clean after service. The service that i received from the Sunninghill branch was the best that i have ever got, the staff are so friendly and helpful. They explained everything to me after my service and showed me what they changed. I highly recommend using this branch .

Peter and the reception team was of great service. Had gone to see Lerato Maake who was in a meeting but he handled my complaint well and gave some reassurance.

I was not entirely happy with the 64 point test... I was quoted R20000 +... But I took my car to another service centre which I will do a review on... Many of the faults quoted for by Car service city Paulshof ... Were unfounded..

When they do general service to my car I never add oil until the next service for the whole year. They are good in their job.

Wish I could give these guys a 5 star as last year the service I got with both my cars was great. Picked up my car today after getting a service and while doing their outgoing test my left indicator was not working which it was working when I left it there. They replaced the bulb and now I get a warning light everytime I indicate left. Also my car has an error popping up saying it needs a service soon. I took it back to them and they say it must be a fault in the car yet this error was not there when I took it for the service as it has been a year since the last service so I took it based on time and not km. When questioned about this error as it was not showing before the service and if my car did have a fault then this error would of appeared immediately. Which means they either didnt do a service on the car or they simply reset my oil life meter which the cars dash shows which u can do anytime.Quite disappointed as now I am out R2000 and have a car in a worse condition.

I’m happy about the service I get every time I take my car to this workshop, they excellent.

Steer clear of this place!!!Absolutely horrific… From the initial query all the way through to them working on the vehicle. Not impressed!
