So, I’m not normally one to speak out publicly but feel it is appropriate on behalf of others around the conduct occurring at Kingsway Soccer Club this year.Under new management, normally is a positive change for a club; well myself and several other families can confirm that is not the case here. This new management, combined with the likely ego of making NPL has turned this into the least exclusive and most unprofessional club I’ve ever seen amongst the WA Football Community.If you want to join a club, or put your children in a club that is full of politics - then this is the club for you!Kingsway Soccer Club management and coaches have absolutely been disgusting this year (not all, but some) across a range of teams and age groups, it is evident that there is marginalisation occurring and favouritism amongst some new comers. Children are being treated appalling by coaches, marginalised and left out. Offers into teams are being withdrawn from last year because new coaches are favouriting their children who have moved to the club.It is also evident that this club and the sad so called leaders need training in diversity and inclusion as well as fairness. They also need training in customer service and how to speak with concerned members and parents on their queries as it is very clear the new manager has no respect, diminishes concerns and attempts to belittle parents and their children by making comments that “they are just upset their child didn’t make the team”. Blame culture is what this club is about, and using administrative errors as an excuse for the club to push children out.This is sports we are talking about, whilst competitive, it should also be fun and fair, and an opportunity for our children to learn values and healthy attitudes, without sad parents and management engaging in immature conduct.This is not how children should be taught, they are our future leaders of the world and if their so called “role models” aren’t setting a good example then what hope do they have for their school environments, University environments and/or workplaces.On a football pitch it should not matter who you know, what background or race you are or anything of the sort. You are teaching our children that based on who they know or their backgrounds they are more or less privileged. This is disgusting! Shame on all the new parents and management who have come and ruined the club culture. You know who you are.Complaints have and more will be made to Football West.

Great club and great atmosphere here. All are welcome and very accommodating. The bar facilities are a real treat

I wish there was a 0 star rating I could give this club!The new management and the new parents to join this club have completely destroyed it! They choose kids based on who their parents are and where they come from, and when asked to explain about the team placements and how they were chosen, their technical director just keeps offering refund to parents for de-registration of their kids. Awful, awful customer service, and they do not care about any returning or existing players!
