Up on visiting this place, the staff is friendly, your way around are being showed to you, and everyone is always ready to help you out. Area is neat and constand upgrades are being done, with a beautiful lapa to rent where functions can be held and workshops to be ranted.This place is most honestly the best looking industrial park around for business. No inductions needed to enter, but you do have to show what you want to do inside as no one will exit without the propper stamp.Neatness 10/10Friendly staff 9/10Community 8/10Renting prices 8/10
