A problem with my Zodiac was discussed with the lady on reception, who offered several possible reasons and suggested solutions. I tried them all but they did not solve the problem. Next step was to take the zodiac unit to the office, and within five minutes, the problem with the head was identified, and a new gearbox fitted. Came home and it has worked perfectly since. Fantastic helpful service. Very much appreciated.
