Disgusting dirty, urine on stairs, litter and cigarette butts on stairs, disgusting graffiti on walls, grass very very very long, broken windows.

I don't have much experience with the place but I've visited a couple of times and gotten the impression that it doesn't get maintained very well, it is honestly not in the best part of Cambridge but it is right next to Cambridge High School and it's a bit far from public transport routes.

Maintenance is non existent. It has lost its status of thee place to go to. Someone should pull up their Sox and make this place what it used to be in the past. It is sad, when so many good people live there. Would be nice to be able to contact the person in charge of that place, but not the caretaker.

How can the municapality let people live in such a poor maintained environment? BCM should be ashamed of themselves. Absolutely poor service to the place. If their families would have lived their or themselves, it would have been a different story
