Totally unfriendly, abrupt and rude reception. We're on holiday from Johannesburg staying close by to this Laundromat, but will rather support a similar business elsewhere where a customer is treated with respect.

Good service is generally difficult to find in Port Elizabeth but here we have an OUTSTANDING exception!Courteous, friendly, helpful, accommodating ... a simple trip to the laundry becomes an enjoyable event!Thank you Wernich and Amelia Erasmus! You are running an absolutely wonderful business here and I could not recommend you both more highly! Five stars are not enough!

Excellent service but l suggest you don't take your white clothes there because they will come back with a different colour. I asked them to separate my white clothes but still.
