Darryl is a gem; a pharmacist that goes the extra mile. He is reliable, friendly and efficient. It is due to his helpfulness that I no longer want to go to big chain chemists.

We live close by but I had never been to this pharmacy before, and I need some prescription medication during lockdown. I managed to order everything over Whatsapp (as well as onboard myself into their system) and they are delivering multiple prescription items and over-the-counter meds to me same day. Very impressed! Thank you Coachman’s Pharmacy for looking after the community so efficiently over this time.

I went to the Pharmacy on Wednesday, initially to purchase a gift for a lady in the office. It was her birthday on 18th. And there are some super gifts. But I went to speak to the pharmacist about something first and was going to purchase a small item. So I walked to the gifts. Looked at the scarves. Pretty but nothing for a young lady. So I left those and started to look at the toiletry gifts. And the taller man who was standing at the door when I came in. Started to watch me. First he moved from the door and stood at an angle and stared and then when I looked at the birthday cards. He came and stood at the toiletries and stared at me. Did I look like a thief.... because I was being treated like one. Was it his job to make me feel so uncomfortable that I would leave without purchasing a gift. (Which i did). I bought the item from the pharmacist and a card. When I should have made a scene put the stuff down and walked out. I won't go back there again. And I have told a few about getting watched. I was going to take my glasses out to see the prices. Heavens I think the man would have handcuffed me or called the police. So sadDo the gentlemen at the door treat everyone like thieves and make them so uncomfortable that you lose sales. Or was it just me. Could be the mask floral mask... or the fact that I didn't know that your sanitiser is a mist..or maybe it was the cream for a fever blister or that I was looking for something nice to buy.

They stay open til 7pm. They have a lovely nurse who will provide basic services FOR FREE (no surcharge). The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a great range of products. Hands down my favourite pharmacy ever.

Terrible service. Bought a pair of Boody tights here, especially asked if they were the incorrect size it was possible to exchange was assured by the cashier it was. On coming to exchange for a smaller size was told to read the sign that says no exchanges.

The first time I went there with a script the lady didn’t want to put me on the system she just read the script and gave me what I needed. So today I went to find out if I can get birth control and that man was so rude like I was asking for drugs and I just wanted to find out if I can get birth control without a prescription. The old lady was so rude she saw me standing in line but instead of attending to me she chose to walk around drinking her coffee. They are very racist especially that man with dark hair and that old lady. In South Africa we still have establishments that will treat you like rubbish just because of the colour of your skin as if the other races pay them using gold bricks.

I will call you out for your absurd pricing. How can you charge R300 for a cream I can buy for R12 at a competing Pharmacy? The same brand and size. This pharmacy has a swollen entitled head simply because they are situated in Bryanston. They think they can charge whatever they like because most of their customers are wealthy and won't notice. Overtly overcharging the general public
