EDIT: THEY HAVE REFUNDED MY FULL PAYMENT.Would not recommend at all. They firstly arrived a day earlier than what I booked so I had to make a plan to accommodate. The mattress had minor marks on it when they arrived. After a couple of hours the mattress started showing deep dark marks which were NEVER there before, I reached out to them which they then advised the mattress was not rinsed, so they sent out a Recovery" team the next day. The guy then told me the reason this happened was due to it being left in the sun to dry

Amazing customer experience! I called this company on Sunday and the owner came to open the shop just because of me. Later that day I needed him to come to my house and to assist me with the product as I'm a first time user. I was amazed that the person came within an hour with a big smile on willing to assist me on Sunday!!! What an outstanding customer experience. Well done guys!!!!

The worse service provider I’ve ever met!I reminded them to watch for my wooden floor when they cleaned the curtains but obviously they failed and damaged my floor. They also damaged one of my blinds, promising to repair it and bring it back but never.Then I visited their store and complained to the boss, who promised to compensate me the cleaning fee and send my blind the next day, but nothing happened till now. It’s more than 2 years now!

If there was negative star rating that is what I would give!! I was so excited to find a company to provide the service I required which was to clean my baby items (cot and stroller items). However I was left mortified and utterly disappointed at the service received. Firstly, I was told that the cleaning of my items and return will take 2-3days. However, I found myself having to wait 5 days to receive my items back and during those 5 days, I am the one who had to call or send WhatsApp messages to enquire about the progress of my items. Then when they finally delivered, I was missing an item of which I was told that it would be delivered the day after due to it still being cleaned. Then when they finally delivered the baby cot the next day, it was delivered damp with literal drops of water still dripping from it, ontop of that they tried to hide the dampness and wetness by dousing the cot with spray or perfume which made it reek badly. Now I am a day away from my baby needing to sleep in this cot while even my husband and I are literally sneezing every minute due to how badly the cot reeks of dampness mixed with those cheap car perfumes. I am truly so disappointed and disgusted by this and really wish I had just washed the items myself at home! Please do better!

After a tenant left the apartment less than ideal. Before any new tenant could move in I needed the Bryanston apartment cleaned. Everything needed a deep clean as the tenant smoked and therefore all linen and curtains and carpets needed stain removed and cleaned. Even the leather couch was a bit worse for wear. I used We Clean it All to do the cleaning of the Bryanston Apartment. They arrived on time and immediately went to work. The staff are friendly and efficient. The had all the needed equipment. My brother Michael was on hand to open and did some work while the cleaning was completed. He reports that even the built in bar received a scrub and that everything was back in the state that it should be. Heres hoping a new tenant is found soon. This sparkling apartment in a beautiful gardened estate is waiting for a professional who will appreciate the beautiful views and quiet location.

Unprofessional!! Contacted them, they committed to come collect at a certain time, paid my deposit but was left waiting for 2hours with driver keeping on postponing & my whole day was inconvenienced... I had to cancel & ask for a refund. Very disappointed!!

This team is AMAZING!!!! They assisted us with some very dirty and stained carpets that were in desperate need of some TLC (as is the case with most rental properties). The carpets have literally never looked better! Check out the difference in the pics!

Tried to use them but unfortunately they were unable to honour their meeting time with me. Leaving me waiting for more than an hour. Pity, because they come so highly rated.

Very great service from this team. I contacted them at the very last minute, they were responsive and I asked them to come clean the couch the day before and they were able to. They are so efficient, friendly and provide an amazing service. Will definitely work with them again and I will definitely be recommending this company!

We Clean it all is amazing. They cleaned our toddler car seat, collected and delivered. They did a fantastic job, super friendly staff and exceptional service. Highly Recommended.
