Absolutely the best Vet around! Had our puppy sterilized yesterday and what an experience! From contacting the most friendliest and helpful receptionist, Ashlin, to make the booking and guide us through all the steps, up until the most kindest Dr. Esmarie whom clearly has a passion for what she does. Dr. Esmarie phoned herself to inform us that everything went well and the day after Ashlin followed up on how our puppy is doing. Our puppy is doing so good you wouldn't say she had a surgery. Would most definitely recommend Garsfontein Veterinary Clinic to anyone!

Dr Casper and his staff are exceptional. Their compassion and care for pets and their owners are of note.Their practice is extremely neat and clean and you can see the love that goes into patients at the clinic.My kittens really liked Dr Casper, despite one of them being really miserably sick. I'd take them away and then they just climb back on the chair with him.

The parking is a bit tricky. However, the staff and doctors were really friendly and helpful. This is now my new clinic for my Boston.

My experience was good unfortunately the news for my good friend was not so good.I am very satisfied with the caring service.I would like to add that in future I would visit the Garsfontain as my first choice and would recommend the caring services to any person who really cares for his or her pets.

When I first got the referral, I thought maybe it was an exaggeration, but I can say, with profound confidence Dr. Casper is the best Vet in Pretoria. I will recommend him and his staff to anyone, anytime.

Best vet in Garsfontein. They really do care about your fur babies. Absolutely loved the fact that they even phone a week later just to check in and make sure everything is still fine.

Second Consult. (12&25Jun2023): Dr Esmarie / Casper and team were again very professional, supportive and available while other vets were not, in assisting our golden retriever to establish the seriousness of his injuries with the critical being his badly dislocated front leg/elbow and recommended we transfer the dog across to Onderstepoort research institute for specialist treatment.Cooper then received further special screening and non surgical treatment at Onderstepoort for the following 4days and was released on the 15th with a special spica splint bandage, medication and containment instructions for the next 5 weeks.On the 25th of Jun, Dr. Casper removed the spica splint and thick plaster bandages and Cooper could walk around with a slight limp,... Very surprising indeed. We decided together with Dr. Casper not to reapply the spica splint bandages and rather keep him very well contained for the next few weeks due to his impressive elbow stability and slight limp.A very commendable service indeed.First Consult (Desember 2022) : Dr Esmarie is a passionate and caring genius and saved our fox-terrier with a spot-on diagnosis of arthritis. Dr Casper is simply the BEST! Without his professional and emphatic service and care to our beloved cat, Brinjal, after he severely injured his left leg when he (supposedly) jumped over a palisade fence, the poor little darling would most certainly not have survived. He underwent major surgery and at one stage his very life was at stake.He has however recovered so well since, that, merely a month after the incident, he is back to being himself and has even caught a mouse!Thank you so much, Doc Casper! You are unique and valued.
