Really fantastic quality food.The burger and pasta dishes we ordered were superb. Fresh ingredients, home-made tasting, simply scrumptious.The only small critique I have is that the burger bun was a little boring. A brioche bun would have taken it to a whole other level.The service is also great! Friendly, attentive, and knowledgable.One of my favourite spots in Somerset West!P.S. As a Bloody Mary connoisseur, Sanook's is very good!

Great restaurant! We were quite concerned when we heard of the varieties on the menu, but we were definitely impressed. The waiter was great! Wine was a great selection across price points. Lastly the food was fantastic! We had burgers, pork Buddha bowls, fillet steak and Pizza and everyone left happy. Definitely are coming back again!

I came here on 3rd June for a late lunch with my mom. I had been to Sanook before and had a good enough experience I decided to treat my mom to a meal here. We had a reservation and were seated right across the toilet when the restaurant was fairly empty. Before we were even able to place our drinks order, our waiter we’d have to order quickly because there was a reservation for our table at 18:30. We quickly ordered our drinks and food together.Drinks were good. Now the one star review is for the food. We both ordered the chicken stack and a portion of fries for the table. These were both horrible. The chips tasted stale. The chicken stack was not good at all. It smelled of curry spice but didn’t taste like anything, no salt nothing. We asked for soy sauce so we could try to fix it. It did not. We also had to pay R25 for that soy sauce which we weren’t told when we asked for it.We ended up not eating most of our food and just took it all home. Another waiter asked why we didn’t touch our food and we told them we didn’t enjoy it and he told us to stick to foods we know like steak and pizza. Lol. We still ordered desserts because I wanted my mom to at least enjoy something from this place. The cheesecake was good. The service and food not good at all.

This place seems to just tick everything off well. Service ✅, Menu ✅, Wine Selection ✅, Portion Size ✅, Ambience ✅, Food Quality & Presentation ✅. Value for money ✅. They’ve nailed the formula. Great for a birthday meal, family night out, date night, it’s win-win!

That is single handedly the best what you can get around. And the vegetarian options are in abundance! even spaghetti from zucchini noodles... omg. The stuff maintains such a high standard of service is hard to match! Brilliant experience, worth the drive! So much attention to details about each and every smallest thing.Also, comfortable parking. Thank you!

Our Waiter was friendly and helpful. I asked him to thank the chef for the awesome food but instead he brought the chef to the table. Epic!! Lol I'm coming back and will recommend the restaurant for all occasions

I came here when I was little for my birthday and it was called cattle Barron back then. I got a massive tray of chocolate and icecream to add to a waffle for my birthday from the owner. Yesterday I turned 25 and our waiter brought me a shot. Thanks for adding on to my fond memories xOur cocktails, starters, mains and desserts were absolutely outstanding.
